Our Working Process
Consultation
Share and discuss your project specifications, needs, drawings, and budget, our team will clarify and communicate further regarding the scope, materials, and schedule with you. You can also provide feedback regarding the project limitations etc.
Proposal
Our team will first develop the shop drawing which upon being approved will be turned into a bill of quantity, a list of all materials with volume and price. If approved we can directly move to installation, if not approved there will be negotiation phase.
Installation
Our specialized team will procure the materials and start working on the installation according to the schedule agreed. However, there could be alterations on the real-time schedule due to the availability of working area that our team can access.
Testing & Commissioning
After installation is finished, we will conduct testing and commissioning to check and ensure the function and quality of the work. Any problems found will be directly fixed. After all reparations are done, you can proceed with the payment.
